We're seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Analyst, Business Technology Liaison to join our Pershing India Combine team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Maintain technical responsibility throughout the project and lead RPA process analysis, specification, solution design, development, and delivery.
  • Provide both functional and technical expertise.
  • Work within project planning constraints, communicating project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing mitigation approaches and inputs to the change control process.
  • Create and document test procedures and performance scenarios for pre-deployment phase; and work collaboratively with user test teams to fix issues.
  • Create and maintain all required solution documentation, to included process design (PDD), technical design (TDD), design specification (DSD) documents. Guide UiPath Orchestrator integration and deployment.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to associate RPA developers and/or Customer development team.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Overall 3 to 5 years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience with UiPath/Automation anywhere/Blue prism RPA, including Studio and Orchestrator as an end-to-end automation developer
  • Experience in API, OCR
  • Connecting to legacy system, AS 400
  • At least 3 successful RPA projects implementation experience using UiPath
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
  • Hands on UiPath development, including develop, compile, create and debug complex applications
  • Experience in working on Outlook Macro/VBA
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of attended batch automation (unattended is a plus)
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and design robotic automation solutions
  • Build bots to interact with existing systems to automate manual, time-consuming processes
  • Configure, test and deploy integration to internal and external databases
  • Ability to develop and execute testing scripts to validate bot functionality
  • Knowledge of best practice Code Review techniques and troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse set of customer stakeholders
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to organize, mentor and train more junior developers
