We're seeking a future team member for the role of Product Head, Digital and Market Infrastructure to join our Corporate Trust team. .

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Set the strategy and vision for the development of a variety of products and product lines and work with senior stake holders to ensure functional strategies tie to business unit objectives. Digital issuance product strategies/initiatives should be closely aligned and coordinated with Digital Asset group.
  • Manage and direct staff in building the business case for firm offerings in the marketplace and ensure that the team stays on top of the competitive landscape and the industry environment.
  • In collaboration with senior stake holders, outline the key products of strategic importance to the firm and the long-term goals for the function.
  • Manage and leverage the financial growth and profitability of all products to sell to internal audiences and clients.
  • Collaborate with peer managers in Relationship Management/Business Development/Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and clarity as to how to manage, develop and promote the product or business.
  • Drive product related strategies across a diverse combination of industry segments and global and domestic geographies.
  • Execute the setting and vision for a product set involving multiple products, tracks, manages and leverages financial data, uses marketing principles to sell to internal audiences and clients.
  • Ensure that product aligns with business direction and manages the product development process.
  • Ensure implementation across all global products.
  • Define, develop, and guide the overall strategic positioning and targeted client segments for products.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Vast work experience within a senior management position preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to solve unique and complex problems that have broad business impact.
  • Experience framing and driving digital efforts in financial services.
  • Track record of working effectively with high performing team.
  • Cross-collaborator and builder who is sees things across multiple horizons and how they interact with one another to achieve desired results.
  • Builder of relationship who can adapt to new and changing situations.
