Based in London, the Product Delivery role will be responsible for the Delivery and maintaining of pControl NAV Control and Oversight Product, set out by Milestone Group's Product Management team.

Responsibilities and Duties

To succeed in this role, other than having previous experience and knowledge of pControl, with a focus on NAV Control and Oversight, you should have an appropriate mix of related business and technology skills from experience in the asset management and fund operations space.

Ultimately, you will work within the Product organisation alongside Product managers, Product Quality Assurance, Technology & Deployment and Professional Services to maintain and deliver new and enhanced pControl product functionality, which includes:
  • Delivery of Product on the pControl platform as defined by the Product Managers, with a focus on pControl NAV Control and Oversight capabilities.
  • Document detailed User Stories (in line with Agile methodology) and functional requirements to satisfy intended Use Cases, as well as the ability to articulate these to technical stakeholders such as developers, through to initial business testing and signoff of ready-to-ship product capability.
  • Configure defined End to End (E2E) "Product Use Case" scenarios to use for Demonstration and Client Implementation purposes.
  • Engage as part of a team for new business and clients "use case" demonstrations.
  • Be the "Custodian" of a complete Product Use Case Environment, including responsibility for documentation, maintenance and accessibility of configured end-to-end Product "Use Cases" e.g., includes static and processing data, templates, attributes, data views and navigations.
  • Defining and creating Test Framework, included expected outcome to support specific Product enhancements (features), covering all business scenarios, including briefing and handing over to QA to execute tests, and then ensuring review and analysis of results.
  • Creating detailed, well-structured End to End Test objectives, including test cases for pControl's baseline product as defined by Product Managers e.g., Product Use Case (PUC).
  • pControl Product Representative SMEs at Deployments, Client Engagement and Implementation Workshops e.g. pControl Operational Workshops (pOWs).
  • Collaborative engagement with stakeholders across the business to communicate deployed Product functionality and "Use Cases", e.g., Showcases and handover to Product Training and Collateral to include in the Milestone Group Learning Hub.
  • Be the "bridge" between Product Management and Technical teams (Development and Rules/Configuration teams), providing direction for Technical teams.
  • Support the Professional Services team with specific product client implementation activity, e.g., assist with governance, product technical input, deployment activities.
What will you do?
  • Support the build out of "Product Use Cases" for Demonstrations & Implementations followed by maintaining this environment moving forward.
  • Write and execute test cases for Rules and Web using our Auto test tools, also defect and product regression testing for Product Releases.
  • Be the "SME" at our pControl Operational Workshops (pOW) for pControl Deployments & Onboarding.
  • Follow Agile delivery principles including producing Product User Stories for pControl changes & enhancements.
  • Have the ability to analyse, solution, document, configure, test & deliver Product.
  • Be the bridge to effectively communicate between Product & Technical teams.
  • Develop and provide pControl training internally for new pControl features.
  • Have the ability to manage your time and to prioritise time critical activities.
Experience Required
  • Significant years' experience in a NAV or Fund Accounting role.
  • Exposure to NAV validation technology and processes.
  • Exposure to pControl or NAV Validation Technology would be desirable.
