Overview
Technology Services Group, Inc. seeks Principal Information Security in Menlo Park, CA, to consult and provide professional support for major components of the company's information security infrastructure. Contribute to the development and implementation of security architecture, standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms in diverse system environments. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation. Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Performing data onboarding, data integration, and configuration of structured data, including Oracle and MySql, and unstructured data including Big data and logs/telemetry; Creating data models, data marts/warehouse, and ingestion pipeline using Apache Spark, SQL, and Kafka for threat detection and response; Utilizing scripting and programming tools including R Programming, Python, Perl, and Unix Shell to automate repetitive tasks and analyze and build control workflow; Building and delivering various visualization models, dashboards, infographics, and analytical insights on discovering/tracking adversaries, risks and vulnerabilities in Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Qlik; Creating statistical, deviation, and predictive models using data science and machine learning; and Using software development life cycle models and project management methodologies in PMI PMP frameworks and Agile Scrum including Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner to deliver tasks and projects. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. Salary range: $172,667.00 - $242,000.00/yr.
