We're seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Back End Developer to join our Fund Accounting and Fund Administration team. This role is located in Poland - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Takes responsibility for all phases of the systems development and implementation process - design, development and maintaining high-quality, scalable & multi-tiered applications. Takes full, end-to-end ownership, including test automation & setting up real time monitoring/support etc.
  • Leads analysis of organizational needs for application development and interface with cross functional teams to ensure systems are developed to meet business & automation requirements.
  • Interfaces regularly with key stake holders and agile scrum teams to ensure that systems are developed to meet critical business needs and specifications.
  • Ensures the availability, integrity and stability of production systems by identifying appropriate resources to manage all systems and having a process in place to respond quickly to problems.
  • Communicates and endorses strict adherence to development and quality standards and monitors adherence on an on-going basis.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java 8/11 experience, 5+ experience with Spring/SpringBoot
  • Working knowledge of Angular 14+
  • Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: Camunda 7/8, Drools 7/8, Hazelcast 4/5, Spring Cloud
