Overview
The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Principal, Cyber Security Architect in Woodland Park, NJ to apply Subject Matter Expertise, design and implement global IAM solutions, leveraging Identity Governance platforms and verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Utilizing Java and object oriented design and analysis, distributed frameworks, messaging and parallel transaction processing systems, caching frameworks, and RDBMS technologies to develop applications; Architecting and designing Identity and Access Management solutions for enterprise roll-out; Designing and managing periodic Access Certification campaign; Implementing Privileged Access Management Controls via IAM solutions to ensure adherence to Regulatory, Compliance and Audit requirements; Implementing solutions using Spring frameworks, Test Driven development, regression and stress testing to develop applications; and performing performance tuning, scalability and optimization strategies. BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $111,000 and $242,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
