We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst in Anti-Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Customer to join our Operations and Utilities - KYC team. This role is located in Wroc ław, Poland - hybrid model.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Gather and review of Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Know Your Customer (KYC) documents pertaining to BNYM Clients
  • Create and maintain accurate KYC profiles on internal KYC system ensuring all supporting KYC documentation is obtained in accordance with global and regulatory requirements
  • Be responsible for the administrative tasks associated with KYC reviews
  • Cooperate with internal teams, departments and external clients
  • Acting as SME and training partner for other team members and acting as a support to the manager in day-to-day duties
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • At least Bachelor's degree
  • Total work experience in KYC/AML min 2 years
  • English fluency with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to details, extensive research and time management skills to aid in validating required information and documentation
  • Willingness and ability to support manager in day-to-day duties
