Role description and opportunities

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be an expert in deploying campaigns in our marketing automaton platform (Marketo). This role will be integral in successfully executing our go-to market strategies. You will act as a tactical contributor and own the execution of strategic plans and support the creation of campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and verify accuracy with rigorous quality assurance process. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results-driven, and has a strong foundation in B2B enterprise automation platforms. This position reports to the head of Marketing Automation & Demand Generation.

Key responsibilities include the following:
  • Manage marketing campaigns development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment within our Marketo instance.
  • Execute inbound marketing, lead management, and automated digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and ultimately new business acquisition via the marketing automation platform.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Implement testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) to improve conversion rates (content, email templates, landing pages, etc.), optimize campaign results, and measure the relative impact of various tactics.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance reports to interna stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to Marketers on demand generation, campaign strategy, email marketing.
A successful candidate should ideally have these qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience working with Marketo or another Marketing Automation tool.
  • Experience creating campaigns with personalization components and dynamic content.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM (Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365).
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Requires a "Strong" attention to detail.
  • HTML experience (helpful, but not required).
