M ain r e s ponsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify and perform functional based activity, acting independently across a pool of clients in daily administrative duties including client billing and internal control activities.
  • Preparing and approving invoices, including any underlying calculations where required
  • Performs onboarding and termination functions that ensure a strong control environment.
  • Manages daily workflow, ensuring assigned tasks are actioned and track to closure.
  • Escalation of i ss u e s in timely manner to the a p propr i ate t e a m , i n a cc ordance w i t h d o c u m e n ted pro c e d u r e s .
  • Independently works with clients to meet deliverables and address any client queries
  • Works in close collaboration with internal and external teams, building relationships
  • Actively contribute to process improvement thorough sharing of ideas and solutions to improve team efficiency and client experience
  • Works in close collaboration with internal and external teams, building relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, department guidelines, and external regulation.
  • Serves as the technical expert for processes and associated systems

  • Responsible for analyzing client records and calls them with respect to outstanding invoices.
  • Making and receiving calls from non-paying customers, negotiating payment terms and escalating complex cases.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Previous experience in Financial Services would be a strong asset
  • Senior specialist level experience
  • F l u e n t s p o k en a n d w r i t ten E n g li s h l a n g u a g e s k ill s
  • Experience in written client communication
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy
