We're seeking a future team member for the role of to join our Business Analytics and Insights team. This role is located in Pune, Hybrid.

Shift Timings: EMEA (1-9.30 PM)

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Analyze data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models/dashboards for decision support, be the primary point of contact for some of the reports and data analysis
  • Be able to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Ability to see through the data and analyze it, ensure that the information is well researched, analyzed and presented
  • Build strong relationships with our relevant global teams, Coordinate with colleagues globally to ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data
  • Provide regular updates on the financial/sales performance of relevant markets. Identify, analyze and communicate variations in trends
  • Develop & update dashboards to senior executives on these results using Tableau
  • Identify new opportunities to improve and expand our financial analysis deliverables
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives and business opportunities
  • Increases productivity by developing automated reporting tools
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field (MBA in Finance preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in Tableau Reporting
  • Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions using Tableau Desktop
  • Prior experience in optimizing performance of Tableau dashboards.
  • Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
  • Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
  • Good data mining, management reporting & presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators and their role in business strategy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to liaise with larger global teams
  • Prior experience in Financial Analysis in a reputed organization (Global banks preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of key financial concepts
  • Strong cognitive skills - including problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and the ability to effectively deal with team and Business Partners
  • Highly numerate with a strong working knowledge of statistics
  • An understanding and awareness of the influence of economic factors on market development
  • Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
