We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our FM&A. This role is located in Chennai/Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Oracle ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) team is part of Finance Organization and help provide functional and BAU operational support for Oracle Cloud Platforms. Team is engaged in Implementation and Support of Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Intercompany, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables and FCCS modules. Team partners closely with Business Stakeholders, ERP technology and Finance Users to ensure Oracle ERP platforms is effectively managed and provide great business value to our stakeholders. Oracle ERP CoE is looking for Oracle Cloud Functional Subject Matters Experts who have prior implementation and support experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules and can help implementation and support activities
  • Act as Functional Subject Matter Expert in delivering solution for the any of the two financial modules such as Payables, General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Project Costing and Cash Management
  • Perform configuration and test new enhancements, Oracle quarterly updates, work closely with Track Leads and Technology team to deliver solution across GL, AP, IC, PC, FA financial modules
  • Perform requirement configuration, documentation and test the solution
  • Provide cross functional support for production BAU issues across GL, AP, IC, PC, FA financial modules
  • Manage and priorities the Issues based on the assigned priorities by Track leads
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Functional experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials Modules
  • Hands on experience on configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Modules General Ledger, Intercompany, Accounts Payables, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, OTBI Reporting
  • Must of functional experience on Integration, Interfaces, ESS Jobs, Triaging Interface Issues, customization and enhancements
  • Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, MBA in Finance with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Finance Functional role
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Finance Functional role
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
