We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Legal Entity Reporting to join our , External Reporting team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - HYBRID .
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways for Legal Entity Reporting:
- Daily Balance sheet preparation, performing variance analysis and providing explanation.
- Monthly financial statement preparation, review and providing quality commentary.
- Quarterly Board pack preparation and presentation.
- Year-end financial statement preparation along with Year on Year (YoY) variance analysis and preparation of commentary.
- Quickly understand the reporting changes in the process and implement.
- Bring value addition to the process (process simplification, process improvements etc.).
- Support in auditing, presentations and others as requested.
- Candidate must be detail-oriented with knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS exposure.
- Financial statement preparation, variance analysis and preparing commentary.
- Ability to summarize and present financial data in an organized and concise manner.
- Experience in Legal Entity Controller Reporting.
- Candidate must be able to work independently and can interact with team members, management, legal entity controllers and regulators.
- Working knowledge in MS Excel , Oracle, PPT etc.
- Chartered Accountant(CA) with 2-4 years of experience.
- PG (MBA-Finance) / B. Com with 5-7 years of experience.
