We're seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst/Senior Analyst, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our RC DATA REPORTING CONTROL MGMT team. This role is located in Pune , Maharashtra.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce risk reporting at line of business, legal entity and enterprise levels according to senior risk management, policy and regulatory requirements and expectations. Determine appropriate inputs, presentation design, delivery media and process to produce timely, accurate and complete reports and accompanying data analysis
  • Design and produce risk metrics and executive committee risk reports covering data collection, data quality checks, report generation, report quality checks, report review and distribution. The position requires coordination with various teams for these activities
  • Independently work with internal and external datasets and participate in the development of risk reports and risk reporting solutions, Provide analytical project management support for assigned area
  • Analyze data in order to prepare risk summary related to key risk metrics (e.g., trend analysis, supporting commentary, etc.)
  • Lead data reporting and data analysis projects and serves as resource to less experienced colleagues
  • Use technology tools to conduct analysis; apply techniques such as SQL, querying and macro development to extract data for populating reports. The knowledge of some light programming or system configuration in order set up report configurations is desirable
  • Interpret findings, prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and deliver results to management and/or other leaders. Translate complex technical concepts and analyses to non-technical audience
  • Able to write risk summary in non-technical terms suitable for consumption within senior risk and compliance committees
  • Assist with the senior management and regulatory inquiries
  • Create ad-hoc dashboards and participate on special projects as needed
  • Understand the relevant processes and products in assigned area and which tools, methodologies and approaches best support assessment of performance and risk.
  • Understand and execute continuous improvement model(s) to achieve operational excellence
  • Create and maintain associated procedures
  • Provide leadership, coordination, and/or support for carious Risk and Compliance reporting activities, as required
  • Primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work and the work of assigned and/or less experienced project team members. Work contributes to the achievement of area goals
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years experience preferred. Experience in risk management, finance and technology preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in a risk and/or compliance reporting role preferred.
  • knowledge of risk exposure or other sophisticated risk concepts is desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various risk types and have a strong understanding of risks and controls
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Pro-active, have high quality standards for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Superior analytical skills and ability to assess across large data sets to synthesize, validate, and analyze data and metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen aptitude for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with various business / functions and build relationships at all levels
  • Proven project management experience with excellent analytical/problem solving skills
  • Experience working with global teams desirable
  • Strong Tableau and Power BI development skills.
