We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Credit to join our First Line Credit - FX team. This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Monitor and manage FX & Securities Finance business risks in partnership with 2nd Line risk mgmt. team

• Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk assessment is must. Should have good understanding of all Markets products.

• Optimize financial resources within the Securities Finance business (CCAR optimization, Stress testing and other Risk/Capital constraints).

• Assess the risk/reward of the existing portfolio and of new business opportunities. Ideal candidate would have experience in Prime Brokerage risk, Repo risk or other client facing risk functions.

• Provide subject matter expertise in Market Risk domain and other Risk assessments, risk challenge, and analytics expertise. Candidate should have a strong quantitative and technical background, with the ability to develop basic queries and programs in the main scripting languages such as "R" and "Python".

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience around 5-9 years. Advanced degree in quantitative subjects preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial products and an understanding of the associated risk drivers.

• Skilled at SQL and can pull data through complex queries.

• Should have good knowledge of Tableau reports.

• Can code in "R" Script or "Python" and automate reporting in a timely manner.

• Risk Quant background is a plus.
