Lead Analyst, Business Planning and Analysis

The Corporate Actions Lead Analyst will be primarily responsible for leading a business testing POD identifying, creating and implementing business requirements utilizing the Agile project methodology, while understanding the operational processing role within a Corporate Actions Analyst (e.g., posting new shares or dividends to investor accounts; balancing eligible elected shares against the investor's holding; processing liability notices, dividend and interest payments, and class action suits).

Responsibilities: As a Corporate Actions Lead Analyst, you will learn how to perform the responsibilities associated with this role which may include:

• Leading a business testing POD for the Corporate Action Reengineering project.
• Working with fellow business subject matter experts, technology, and project management teams.
• Creation and execution of project epics, stories, and test cases based upon an Agile methodology.
• Problem solves issues that arise in the day to day running of an Agile project and provides timely responses and solutions as required.
• Assist in other departmental testing.that align with business requirements for corporate actions.
• Support of departmental testing of corporate action systems
• Providing quality service to our clients

The successful candidate will demonstrate/possess:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and expertise is required

3-5 years of total work experience in brokerage processing is preferred

Proficiency with Agile Project Methodology
