We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our Accounting team. This role is located in Chennai & Pune, HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • The Lead Analyst is responsible for managing the Intercompany process and Inter-affiliate SLDs for Reg-W compliance.
  • He/She is responsible for reviewing the SLDs for testing the market terms and other affiliate specific considerations.
  • This role is required to update and validate various key data fields for Reg W contracts in Sirion /excel repository system.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of key data fields updated for Reg W contract.
  • This role is required to perform the due diligence process for new / amended engagements and provide guidance on Market terms and other important clauses in SLDs.This role is required to work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, ERO, Real Estate, and various LOBs for facilitation of the completion of Inter-affiliate SLDs from REG-W requirements.
  • Preferable He / She are having experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) and Investment Management, Investment services.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
  • Good research and analysis skills.
  • Good understanding and working experience in accounting processes, procedure and internal controls and audit, IC SLD documentation
  • Multi-tasking and working under tight deadlines are required.
  • Awareness around Information Security and protection is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet the agreed targets and deadline.

  • 8 to 12 year experience in Record to Report (R2R)
  • Qualification - B.Com with 8+ years / M.Com with 6+ years /CS/ CA-Inter with 4+years
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud system will be preferred
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Good Written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge and experience in preparation of process documentations
  • He / She Should have experience in Client handling (preferably Overseas Clients)
  • Good knowledge about Reg W 23 A and 23B policy
  • Should be part of global project /having the experience in handling global projects
  • Responsible for managing the Inter-affiliate contracts for bank Vs Non-bank entities.
  • Responsible for testing the market terms of Inter-affiliate SLDs.
  • Effectively manage the audit and various FRB requirements related to REG W contracts
  • Should be required to key in various meta data fields of Reg W contracts in systems like Sirion or other applications.
  • Responsible for reporting the testing results and coordinate and close the gaps identified during testing
  • Good Knowledge and expertise on various types of Investment banking contracts and essential meta-data fields/elements for each type
  • Responsible for socializing the updated REG W policies
  • Should be able to work independently and possess the ability for multi-tasking, and interact with various stakeholders - onshore clients, auditors etc
  • Support the FPO/ Lead Manager in various projects undertaken within the Intercompany Close and Consolidation group
