We're seeking a future team member for the role of Group Manager / VP to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Pune, STATE Maharashtra - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Developing and implementing strategic Plans that align with Organizations goals. This includes identifying automation opportunities, improving process design, streamlining processes and executing global projects.
- Strong understanding of Risk Management principles. Ability to assess and manage various types of risk namely Operational Risk and compliance & Regulatory Risk
- Ability to manage expense pressure and making informed decisions
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders and external clients and building and maintaining strong relationships
- Responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining talent. Provide guidance, mentorship and create a positive and collaborative work environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, MBA or any other professional courses will be added advantage.
- Should have a minimum 15 years of work experience of which 10 years should be in Insurance/Banking & Finance Industry.
- Should possess people management experience of atleast 10 years.
- Experience in managing high risk process or time critical process will be a big advantage.
