Role description and opportunities

Our Digital and Demand Generation team is seeking a Digital Program Manager willing to roll up their sleeves and help engineer our digital transformation. In this role, you will work closely with our lines of business and across marketing to drive successful outcomes. We're looking for a team player who works well across small groups with great communication and presentation skills. Key responsibilities include the following
  • Drive complex and cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders toward successful outcomes
  • Understand partner area business strategies, goals, products and roadmaps
  • Manage relationships with internal business and technology partners
  • Facilitate new work requests with stakeholders to effectively define and prioritize successful demand generation outcomes
  • Experience managing and onboarding multiple agencies, production partners and vendors
  • Experience tracking and reporting on budget across multiple channels, ensuring investment maps to business priorities and production realities
  • Own documentation and knowledge management, publish clear process guidelines and curate/facilitate training where necessary
  • Facilitate, track and report on delivery performance and resource capacity
  • Establish and promote team rituals that facilitate healthy collaboration, quality deliverables and workflow efficiencies
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in agile program management, get buy-in for recommendations, and own adoption
  • Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly
  • Roll up your sleeves, dive into the details, and get things done
  • Cultivate strong relationships with leadership across the enterprise
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
  • Work cross-functionally and privilege outcomes over ego in all interactions
A successful candidate should ideally have these qualifications
  • 5+ years in program management, project management or strategy/operations
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to switch gears quickly
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Great to have previous experience in digital design or other related fields desired; PMP or Agile Scrum certification fantastic but not required; Jira and/or Confluence experience ; Adobe Experience Manager experience; Figma experience
