We're seeking a future team member for the role of Compliance Testing Officer, EMEA Financial Crimes Compliance to join our Compliance team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • With minimal guidance, conducts Compliance Testing reviews Compliance Testing for the Company, assessing the design and effectiveness of related controls ensuring adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations as well as corporate and business policies and procedures.
  • Helps to bring the business units into compliance with standard regulatory and policy requirements for EMEA Financial Crime, reviewing the appropriateness of control processes and may help guide the assigned business units in implementing improvements
  • Liaising with the business and Senior Management in respect to ongoing monitoring and management of open compliance actions as a result of testing.
  • Providing timely and accurate Management Information where relevant to internal stakeholders and representing Compliance Testing at meetings where required.
  • Providing input to team, department and ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Financial Crimes experience, and/or Compliance Testing experience preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of EMEA financial crimes regulations and guidance.
  • Audit, Compliance or Controls related investigation experience is required.
  • Proven background of working in a complex banking or financial services organization
