We're seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, Client Solutions Group to join our Asset Management Division, Client Solutions Group team. This role is located in PUNE, MAHARASHTRA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • The Client Solutions Group includes Client Directors, Solution Designers, Client Service and Fixed Income Investment Specialist Teams, working together to provide a range of segregated and pooled fund clients a best in class client experience. This role would work on a range of functionally aligned tasks in support of the Client Solutions Group. The tasks will include collation and production of MIS / Metrics, production of bespoke client specific reporting for onward delivery to London, internal reporting to CSG and SalesForce / SharePoint client platform maintenance.
  • Collation and production of a suite of internal MIS. To include monitoring client quarterly report deliver (TIR), Transfer Agent MIS, money market client metrics, AUM by strategy analysis, Preparation of periodic client KYC reviews
  • Production of a suite of client specific bespoke reports either whilst we wait for Client Reporting Team to assume control or where the reporting is best suited to stay in CSG. These reports will usually be recurring reports but could also be ad-hoc requests (exposure, collateral adequacy etc).
  • Audit requests for segregated clients will also fall into this function.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant business area will be preferred
  • This role will support CSG across a range of client types (direct, pooled IMA and segregated). A knowledge of institutional asset management would be ideal. There will be no direct client contact at outset but an understanding of the role of transfer agent, consultant, custodian and other third parties would be valuable context.
  • The nature of the reporting could be complex and so good attention to detail will be required. Where anything is unclear we will expect the individual to ask for clarity and assistance and so a self-starter with proactive communication would be ideal.
  • The role will not deal directly with clients or representatives of the client at outset but will be providing information and reporting that will be onward delivered to clients. The timeliness and accuracy of such output will have an impact on our client service offering. The risk and control functions will also help ensure we meet our regulatory obligations (KYC / MIFID / EMIR).

  • Good communication skills - written and oral
  • Ability to prioritise across diverse deliverables
