About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to lead the development of internal applications and automation solutions. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade workflows and AI-powered Copilot agents using Power Automate and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various HR functions to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain applications using Microsoft 365 technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Teams message extensions, plugins, chatbots, and SharePoint.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Build, test, and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, leveraging natural language prompts, generative AI, and Power Platform connectors.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain existing Power Platform solutions and rebuild existing blue prism solutions using Power Automate.
  • Write clean, scalable code and develop testing protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and manage deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging development tools and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
  • 2+ year of experience with Copilot Studio, including building and deploying Copilot agents.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, web services, and APIs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing apps and automation using M365 and Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse).
  • Preferred knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, Node, Java, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
