Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Great teamwork and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and can efficiently manage personal queue of work
• At least 3 years of experience working as a software developer or engineer
• Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and executing via development
• Strong communications skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with SQL Server T-SQL including writing and debugging functions, stored procedures and performance optimization

Other Relevant Skills

• Experience with Git
• Experience with XML / XPath / XSLT
• Experience with AGILE methodologies

Job Description

• Configure new features and enhancements to our best in class product, using a combination of skills in SQL, XML, Git, and configuration via our proprietary software platform
• Work with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them to functional design and technical build out
• Be responsible for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of product features and defects
• Apply internal best practices when developing new features and fixing defects
• Become part of a small collaborative team using the scrum framework to achieve team goals
