  • Manage the field marketing budget and communication processes; follow up, analyze, and report on results; and make recommendations for program optimization
  • Support the event process by writing copy, creating landing pages, and leveraging marketing technology platforms.
  • Produce the weekly sales team newsletter and other team communications
  • Acts as a backup for team members and performs other duties as assigned, such as assisting with direct mail or e-gifting programs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office and Salesforce
  • Desired knowledge in other communication and marketing automation tools such as Cvent, Wrike, Canva, Outreach, Sway, Marketo, Sendoso, 6Sense, and Tableau.
  • Undergraduate degree or related associate degree. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of a college degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in event marketing.
  • Demonstrates the ability to plan, execute, and manage field marketing programs
  • Can balance big-picture goals along with doing budget, tactical, and detailed execution work
  • Possesses strong project and data management skills as well as excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • Is comfortable taking direction from others as well as making recommendations for change
  • Enjoys learning and applying new technologies to solve challenges; is comfortable working in an extremely busy and rapidly changing environment

We're Even More Excited If You Have:
