Your Purpose
You will help by directing the leveling up of our operations area beyond the stars! Here you will have the freedom to bring innovation to our processes, helping to ensure efficiency and quality for our operational process.

Who You Are
- Organized and strong attention to detail, carefully evaluating your activities and information received, in order to guarantee the effective execution of the process
- Passionate about learning new things and sharing your knowledge with the teams.
- With a mind-set of "why" of doing things the way we do, determined to change it to an incredible efficiency level
- Fast running, is always on top of things of yours responsibilities and with ability to prioritize the most urgent things
- Diligent in carrying out daily operational routines, always caring for the internal and external customer's well being
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican Payments System (SPEI, CODI) or previous experience in a similar job position
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance for payments systems in Mexico
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Be Mexican or have Mexican residency.
- The position is based in Mexico City. This position will require going to the office daily.
What You Will Do
- Carrying out daily operational processes, such as reconciliations, internal controls and giving support for other areas and external users.
- Create and suggest improvements on your process, always looking for efficiency and the safest way of doing it.
- Working cross-functionally with various teams within Operations to improve existing processes and create a better experience for our users.
- Work in a multicultural environment building an alliance with your team and others, valuing a happy environment and continuous learning.
- Monitor the connection to the Interbank Electronic Payment System (SPEI)
- Reconcile SPEI's reports vs clients database for operational and accounting purposes.
- Report balances and execute transactions instructed by the Treasury, business areas, and clients.
- Engage with internal (engineering, legal, compliance) and external areas (Banco de México, CNBV, auditors) for activities related to SPEI operation.
- SPEI certifications and maintenance (Bank of Mexico).
- Create and update the necessary documents for FinOps operations and SPEI processes and policies.
- Ensure a correct Intraday Cash Allocation and supervise the settlement of transactions.
