Your Purpose
As a Fraud Analytics Sr. Specialist you will apply analytical techniques to monitor, detect and prevent the potential abuse of our platform. You will contribute to a proactive fraud prevention strategy based on a data-driven approach, with a specific focus on our business customers. This involves building metrics, conducting analyses to identify fraud behaviors, and providing insights to design new tools or processes for fraud prevention.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in financial / statistical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics within e-commerce, technology, financial industries, or similar sectors (experience in fraud prevention is preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL / Analytical tools (Python, R).
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Ability to embrace change and thrive in an ever-evolving department.
- Currently living in Argentina.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor Fraud KPIs and OKRs.
- Identify fraud behaviors and construct user profiles using analytical tools.
- Perform analysis to create and calibrate fraud rules and real time alarms.
- Drive and execute various analytical projects within the Fraud team.
