Your Purpose

As an FP&A Associate, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of our company. You will work closely with top management and engage with world-class investors, providing key insights and analyses that drive strategic decision-making. Your role will be pivotal in steering the company's financial direction, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in a dynamic market.

• Proven English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Payments sector
• Proven background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Fintech, or similar high-paced, strategic environments
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and financial modeling software
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively present complex ideas and strategies to leadership and stakeholders, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making processes, specifically for our institutional business unit
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and business trends to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and understand business drivers
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely information
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze investment opportunities and perform detailed Unit Economics analysis
• Stay abreast of industry trends in the Cross-border/ Payment sector and assess their financial impact
• Support the FP&A Director and CFO in strategic projects and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
