Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives in building the Ecosystem product.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, GTM and Support teams to ensure all new asset integrations meet security, regulatory, and user experience standards.
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and identify risks proactively.
- Drive operational improvements and process standardization across teams.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting progress.
- Facilitate effective communication between global teams and ensure alignment with BitGo’s strategic goals.
- Track metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to improve program outcomes.
Who Would Be a Great Fit

- 3+ years in program or project management, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and program management tools (Jira, GitHub, Asana, Confluence).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience at a startup, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and problem-solving in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto custody, and the digital asset ecosystem is a strong advantage.
