BitGo is currently looking to expand our Sales/Business Development team at the Director level. This role will report directly to the Head of Institutional Sales (US) and is a great opportunity for mid-level /senior business development professionals within financial services/cryptocurrency. We are looking for candidates local to the NYC Area for this role. 

Responsibilities

  • Increase revenues across all of BitGo’s solutions: qualified custody, staking, and prime. 
  • Acquire and drive continued client relationships with a focus on the Venture Capital vertical
  • Work closely with our Coin team to understand new launches and coordinate with our VC client base to best monetize across custody and staking
  • Represent BitGo products and services externally in client meetings and at industry events.
  • Understand regional market microstructure and evolving regional competitor landscape.

Requirements

  • Sales experience of at least 5+ years in a client-facing capital markets or fintech role of which 2 years involve Digital Assets (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the complexities and challenges of financial markets and the crypto ecosystem 
  • Experience managing or leading the sales process - generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of Custody, Trading, Lending, Staking and the prime brokerage business model, and its value proposition.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the base salary for this role averages between $175,000 - $200,000 USD. Equity, a sales performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
