About This Role:
As a Transparency Reporting Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the United States Transparency Operations Team by ensuring compliance with the Federal Sunshine Act and applicable state laws and regulations. In this role, you will oversee tools and processes to maintain high data quality standards and meet strict reporting deadlines. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for transparency reporting, managing error investigations, performing monthly Oracle vendor supplier reviews, and handling inquiries through the transparency inbox. This position brings significant value to the business by safeguarding compliance, enhancing data accuracy, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and IT partners to ensure data integrity while identifying opportunities for operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Investigate and resolve data anomalies, ensuring quality and accuracy in all disclosure reports.
  • Manage error log investigations and perform data reconciliation tasks to maintain compliance standards.
  • Perform monthly Oracle vendor supplier reviews to ensure mandatory HCP/HCO data is captured effectively.
  • Oversee transparency inbox management, triaging inquiries and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding spend transactions.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance data quality management.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new processes and partner with IT to implement data cleanliness initiatives.
  • Attend weekly calls with third-party transparency reporting solution partners to discuss data collection and remediation.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the US Transparency Operations Team to address operational transparency activities.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to meet strict regulatory deadlines.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or internationally recognized qualification related to the service area.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications.
  • Experience working in a shared service environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated experience managing processes.
  • Familiarity with Pharma/Biotech industry preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in data quality management and error remediation processes.
  • Working knowledge of transparency reporting tools and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with IT teams to implement technical solutions.
