• 製薬業界でのマーケティングまたはデジタル施策の実務経験 (3年以上)
• オムニチャネルまたはマルチチャネル施策の企画・運用経験
• データドリブンな意思決定スキル（Google Analytics Tableau Power BI、Veevaなどの活用経験）
• プロジェクト管理能力
• 社内外のステークホルダーとの調整力
• MR経験またはMRとの協業経験
• 医療系3rd Party（m3、CareNetなど）との連携経験
• 日本語でのビジネスレベルの読み書き・会話能力
• 英語力
