About This Role
As the Sr. Manager for Global Transparency & Market Access IT, your focus will be supporting two distinct organizations: Global Transparency and US Market Access. In this capacity, the individual will lead large, cross-functional projects aimed at business process automation and data integration. This role will directly engage business stakeholders to define and refine requirements, as well as collaborating with IT project managers, technical leads, and architects to design end-to-end solutions in compliance with global transparency laws. This role will report into the Associate Director of Global Transparency and Global Market Access IT.
What You'll Do
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all solutions.
- System Design and Solutioning: The analyst collaborates with IT architects and developers to design and propose technology solutions. Develop and maintain Requirements and Traceability Matrices to ensure all project deliverables align with a clear business objective and can be measured for value post-deployment.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: The analyst is often involved in creating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating that the implemented solution meets the original business requirements.
- Apply best practices from project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Prepare weekly status reports and proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Effectively communicate and escalate roadblocks to management while driving their resolution to ensure the successful and timely completion of each project.

Your problem-solving skills are exemplary, allowing you to dissect complex business challenges and provide strategic solutions. You possess the ability to leverage your understanding of Managed Access and Transparency Reporting processes to deliver robust and efficient solutions in both capacities.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of IT / Technology experience, including 2+ years of Sunshine Act Reporting domain knowledge
- 1+ year of domain knowledge of Market Access, especially within Pricing and Reimbursement
- Proficiency in technical concepts such as system development lifecycles (SDLC), agile and scrum methodologies, and database structures. Experience with specific IT systems used in the pharmaceutical industry, such as Veeva CRM, pricing or contract management software, is a plus.
- Knowledge of vendor transparency reporting platforms is desirable
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills - The ability to break down complex business problems into manageable parts and propose logical, effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment, often with diverse groups of people from different departments.
- Strong project management experience delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Ability to effectively drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $137,000.00-$184,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
