About This Role:
As the Senior Manager, Application Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role within our Global Commercial and Medical IT (GCM IT) team, bridging the gap between technical development and business stakeholders. In this role, you will understand business needs, develop technical designs, and use data analysis to guide stakeholders and deliver solutions that deliver value across the organization. You will lead the technical delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory compliance while guiding teams to implement configurations effectively. With hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault technologies, such as Promomats and Medcomms, you will deliver impactful solutions for the life sciences industry to drive better patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Work with business stakeholders to define business/system requirements and translate specifications into configurations and customizations in Veeva Vault technologies while adhering to best practices ensuring built-in quality and contribution to CI/CD pipelines
- Direct a team in the design, development, testing, and delivery of high-value Veeva Platform solutions including
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to achieve defined outcomes and foster collaboration.
- Create and maintain solution architecture documentation, models, and Architecture Review Board materials.
- Drive continuous improvement of technology tools and platforms within the Global Commercial and Medical IT landscape.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant business technology experience, including 4+ years of hands-on delivery experience with Veeva Vault technologies (Promomats, Medcomms).
- Expertise in the life sciences industry, including knowledge of MLR processes.
- Certifications in Veeva Vault technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP certification.
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
- Knowledge of REST API integration patterns.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $131,000.00-$175,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
