Sr. Analyst, External Workforce Solutions
About This Role:
As the Sr. Analyst, External Workforce Solutions, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing our global non-employee workforce management. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the procurement function by liaising with procurement category managers, executing contracting processes, and identifying rogue spend. Partnering with our Managed Service Provider, you will manage compliance and spend for non-employees globally, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of non-employee management, contributing to the overall business success by enhancing operational effectiveness and cost savings.
What You'll Do:
- Lead non-employee leakage reporting and rogue spend analysis by extracting and interpreting data.
- Guide the identification of newly onboarded vendors and propose classifications.
- Support and measure data accuracy for non-employee programs globally.
- Develop local process knowledge and recommend process improvements for data accuracy.
- Collaborate with category managers to build and execute standard operating procedures.
- Communicate complex business processes and labor law specifics clearly and concisely.
- Ensure risk mitigation measures are in place for non-Fieldglass contracts.
- Work directly with procurement analytics to ensure correct classification and reporting.
- Present audit findings and compliance risks effectively to key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple compliance initiatives and prioritize tasks efficiently.

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in workforce operations and data analysis. You're comfortable working with cross-functional teams and enjoy learning about complex processes. You have strong analytical skills, are eager to build expertise in compliance and procurement practices, and are capable of managing tasks independently. Your communication skills help you collaborate effectively, and you're excited to contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required; concentration in supply chain, business, IT, or communications preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, category management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience owning and updating policy documents and protocols.
- Familiarity with compliance systems such as SAP Fieldglass is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Tableau and SAP Fieldglass.
- Deep knowledge of external worker classification, contract compliance, and SOW management.
- Strong analytical ability to assess audit findings and compliance risks.
