Sr. Analyst, Compliance Monitoring & Operational Support

Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret both internal and external requirements, assessing their impact on business processes. You possess a natural ability to communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring decisions are well understood by stakeholders. Your organizational skills and fluency in English, along with another language, complement your proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or any other relevant education.
• Fluent English and at least one other language.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring role or similar, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Program requirements or experience in business governance roles (i.e., Audit, GxP).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across different geographies and functions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and assess business impact.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with continuous improvement processes.
• Familiarity with compliance program governance.
• Ability to track and analyze KPIs and metrics effectively.
