Source to Contract Analyst

Yesterday Warsaw, Poland

About This Role:
As a Source to Contract Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Source to Contract (S2C) process, providing operational sourcing and contract support to ensure a seamless user experience and high-quality data management. You will work closely with Sourcing Managers and business stakeholders, effectively triaging requests, administering contracts, and upholding contract and sourcing records. Your primary focus will be on executing and coordinating user support rather than owning policy or methodology. By processing requests in accordance with procurement policies and governance standards, you will contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sourcing operations. This role is integral to maintaining compliance and supporting the broader business objectives through meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the operational intake point for Source to Contract requests, reviewing and determining appropriate actions.
  • Evaluate the relevance, completeness, and validity of requests, ensuring alignment with procurement policies.
  • Complete non-sourcing requests using preferred suppliers and established pricing models.
  • Create, maintain, and progress contracts in the Coupa CLM system, ensuring adherence to approved workflows.
  • Coordinate redlining and review cycles, ensuring contracts meet policy and governance requirements.
  • Monitor, report, and execute contract renewals, amendments, and extensions according to contracting guidelines.
  • Perform technology-enabled support within pre- and post-acquisitions, including AI-enabled contract review.
  • Act as the first operational control point for upstream S2C activities.
  • Advise users on preferred buying channels, supplier concepts, and sourcing processes.
  • Answer user and stakeholder queries related to sourcing and contracting workflows.

Who You Are:
You have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your organizational skills are exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can support others by providing clear guidance and solutions. You are proactive in ensuring compliance and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve common goals. Your communication skills are strong, enabling you to interact seamlessly with a variety of stakeholders. You are driven by a sense of responsibility and take pride in contributing to the overall success of the team.
