About This Role:
As a Senior OSI Engineer, you will take charge of leading efforts within the Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology (PO&T) division to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance productivity across the organization. Your role will involve a deep dive into Bio-Pharmaceutical operations, leveraging your extensive experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, or Product Development.
Key responsibilities include utilizing your expertise in continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) to champion change at the operational level. You will analyze current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop sustainable solutions to optimize performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive projects aligned with the PO&T Strategy focusing on productivity and acceleration, while supporting day-to-day business challenges.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct process assessments to identify areas of improvement and potential cost savings.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to optimize operational performance.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational problems.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations to management.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates on improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or other regulated industry.
- Direct functional experience of 5+ years in manufacturing, quality, technical development, supply chain, engineering, or regulatory CMC.
- 5 years of Lean Six Sigma operational experience (Green Belt Certification).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
- MBA, Master's degree in Engineering, or Operations Management.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $141,000.00-$194,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
