About This Role
As the Senor Manager, IT for Medical you will play a pivotal role in connecting IT strategies with the evolving needs of North America Medical teams across the United States and Canada. This position focuses on fostering face-to-face engagement with stakeholders to ensure their success in achieving business priorities and outcomes. You'll work closely with the Medical team to understand their strategies, challenges, and opportunities, identifying information and automation needs to drive impactful solutions. Additionally, you will oversee business and systems analysis activities, lead innovation efforts, and champion process improvements within IT. What You'll Do
• Manage business technology priorities for US and Canada Medical teams.
• Align IT initiatives and functional roadmaps with business strategies, priorities, and objectives.
• Lead discovery, assessment, and business case development for technology investments; ensure successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with prioritized business outcomes.
• Direct IT delivery for enhancement releases by guiding Business Analysts to capture business value, requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring the delivered functionality addresses identified business problems.
• Drive functional IT projects, such as product launches, through tailored project planning, vendor contract management, resource management, and business analysis.
• Demonstrate a specialized understanding of business and operational processes within technology tools and functional dependencies.
• Represent business areas in governance forums to manage technology priorities effectively.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and promote the adoption of IT standards, solutions, and best practices.
• Negotiate and draft effective contracts and agreements with third parties to ensure successful engagement outcomes.

You enjoy working closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and successfully deliver against business outcomes.
Required Skills
• 7+ years of experience as a systems or business analyst, with expertise in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools. This includes 5+ years of IT experience in stakeholder relationship management.
• 5+ years of experience with critical platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, and Medical Information Management.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Biopharma industry, specifically within Medical and/or Commercial functions.
• Experience working with US pharmaceutical data utilized in efficiency, planning, and performance metrics by Commercial and Medical teams in pharma.
• Demand Planning - Working with business on forecasting, prioritizing, and managing the IT demand for services and resources
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms and tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in large-scale IT projects.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $137,000.00-$184,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
