Senior Analyst RTR
About This Role: As a Senior Analyst RTR, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to managing general ledger operations for Biogen's LATAM Affiliates. Your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including cash and treasury reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, prepayments, and accruals, along with recording revenue and expenses. You will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely reporting of monthly and quarterly financial information, including PnL, BS, VAT, CIT, and other packages. This position is integral to ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, while supporting Biogen's financial strategy. You will collaborate with consultants on statutory financial statements and provide data and explanations for both internal and external auditors, thus contributing to the integrity and transparency of our financial processes. Your expertise will fit seamlessly into our business structure, supporting organizational growth and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Perform general ledger operations for Biogen's LATAM Affiliates, including cash and treasury reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable transactions and fixed asset activity.
- Oversee payroll, prepayments, and accruals.
- Record and analyze revenue and expenses.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of monthly and quarterly financial information, including PnL, BS, VAT, CIT, and other packages.
- Calculate and post journal entries effectively.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and various financial schedules.
- Run PA reports for comprehensive financial analysis.
- Prepare VAT data and CIT templates accurately.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis.
- Collaborate with consultants in preparing statutory financial statements.
- Provide data and explanations for internal and external audits.

Required Skills:
- University degree in Finance (preferred in Accountancy area).
- Additional qualifications in accounting (ACCA/CIMA exams preferred, National Association of Accountants).
- 4+ years of experience in international accounting.
- Experience in working for SSC/BPO required.
- Good understanding of various AP/AR/CM/FA processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle R12.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel).
- Experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English and Spanish required.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced certifications in accounting or finance.
- Experience with financial data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
