About This Role: As a Rare Disease Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving patient identification and market development for Rare Diseases within your designated territory. You will craft and execute strategies for accounts and customers to achieve sales, market share, and profit targets. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with physicians and treatment clinics to educate them about Rare Diseases treatment and overcome barriers to healthcare provider decisions. You will be accountable for the success of our Rare Diseases product in assigned accounts, collaborating closely with marketing, logistics, field market access, and medical teams to create value for patients and stakeholders. This role is integral to ensuring long-term growth while adhering to ethical, compliance, and legal standards.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize territory sales and improve standards of care for Rare Diseases patients.
- Monitor competitor actions and create strategies to defend or grow market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Rare Diseases centers of excellence and ensure patient access to treatment.
- Engage with key stakeholders in Rare Diseases care delivery to strengthen relationships and remove barriers.
- Conduct pre-call planning, leverage insights, and perform post-call analysis to refine approaches.
- Drive agreement and decisions from multiple stakeholders, adjusting communication styles as needed.
- Organize educational programs, network meetings, and digital events for your territory.
- Provide management with insights for identifying and defining national key accounts.
- Ensure logistics and IT applications are in place for administering treatment.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of account stakeholders' priorities, decision-making processes, and therapeutic options.
- Partner with market access, marketing, and medical teams for expert support in territory activities.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in the hospital, academic medical center, or biotech industry.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in the local market language.
- High learning agility to understand neuromuscular diseases and treatment administration.
- Strong command of pricing policies and healthcare systems knowledge.
- Experience working in cross-functional commercial teams addressing patient needs.
- Comfort with spending 50-60% of time traveling.
- Experience in rare disease market
