What You'll Do:
- Propose and implement strategies and tactical plans for key products in the Rare Diseases & High Specialty Business Unit in LAN (Mexico & Colombia).
- Develop and execute launch plans for key products, including strategic projects that enhance the patient journey and ecosystem readiness.
- Drive the execution of strategies through the sales team and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between field operations and support functions.
- Support key account management processes by developing strategic solutions aligned with business goals and KPIs.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and demand forecasts, recommending actionable insights.
- Act as both a direct and indirect leader, inspiring and engaging teams around brand priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders, medical societies, and other key stakeholders in the neurology field.
- Ensure seamless alignment between global and local teams to promote an integrated vision for product success.
- Conduct market analyzes and propose solutions to enhance access to public and private markets.
- Lead projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, championing innovation and agility.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, medical, marketing, or business management fields.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in marketing management and collaboration with global and local teams.
- Strong knowledge of market access in both public and private sectors.
- Demonstrated success in product launches.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in Rare Diseases.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement strategies, such as medical societies.
- Advanced knowledge in financial planning and market analysis.
