About This Role

As the Principal of Application Services for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Real Estate (RE) Systems, you will spearhead the creation, deployment, and governance of IT systems within the EHS and RE domains. Working closely with business stakeholders, your role is to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery and the resolution of any barriers. You will support IT projects, collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders to define project vision and scope, prioritize requirements, and develop comprehensive plans aligned with organizational goals. This role is integral to enhancing our business processes and achieving financial alignment. You will also lead the application support, ensuring best-in-class quality for enhancements and projects, while maintaining strong communication with both business partners and vendors. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute significantly to our strategic roadmap and application renewals.

What You'll Do

  • Create, deploy, run, and govern IT systems in the EHS and Real Estate (RE) domains.
  • Provide system owner support and manage end-to-end service delivery.
  • Identify and resolve barriers to service delivery and quality.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and refine business requirements.
  • Support IT projects within the RE and EHS space, collaborating on project vision and scope.
  • Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain scope.
  • Communicate changes and enhancements to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop essential documents like statements of work and business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues with SaaS solutions and integrations.
  • Conduct or support training for application users and IT support teams.
  • Provide guidance on the use of application services to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure alignment with financial commitments and monitor metrics.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting IT systems as a business analyst, application analyst, or product owner.
  • Project management experience for IT systems related to new application implementation or upgrades.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and risk management.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills, including Business Process Improvement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Requirements Definition and Management expertise.
  • User Experience Design & Analysis skills.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) capabilities.

Job Level: Management

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $113,000.00-$151,000.00

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
