About This Role:
As a DevOps Team Lead, you will be an integral member of the PO&T Data Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to create and deploy Data Analytics solutions that support our Supply chain, Manufacturing, Labs and Quality functions. This role will be instrumental in delivering scalable data solutions that drive operational excellence, improve manufacturing efficiency, and enhance supply chain resilience. You will closely collaborate with cross functional teams including PO&T IT, Enterprise IT/Data Teams and various PO&T business functions to translate business needs into actionable insights and data products. The PO&T DevOps Team Lead has strong functional knowledge of PO&T systems such as ERP, LIMS etc. as well as technical expertise in semantic data modelling, BI, data warehouses and data lakes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to solve complex challenges in the life sciences industry, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.

This role is Cambridge hybrid or RTP hybrid.
What You'll Do:
- Work with PO&T business stakeholders to lead requirements gathering and facilitate converting the functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with various IT System Owners and Enterprise Data teams to lead implementation of data pipelines, semantic data models, dashboards etc. and create data products within and using PO&T's Global Data Platform to enable insights driven decision-making.
- Implement and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, transforming raw data into actionable business insights.
- Plan and manage multiple, parallel enhancement projects/Continuous Improvement efforts, coordinating with various teams to prioritize tasks and resources.
- Lead and guide a team of data analysts/engineers, business analysts etc. (inhouse and external) to deliver data solutions that provide meaningful value to the PO&T stakeholder community.
- Organize Agile sprints, create scrum epics and stories, enable Backlog refinement and prioritization and facilitate iterative development of data products that add business value.
- Work with Enterprise Data and AI teams on data integration, ML/AI use cases, and data visualization initiatives.
- Serve as the IT System Owner for the Global Data Platform and ensure data quality, governance and compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
- 7+ years' experience with Data Analytics, Data Management with at least 3+ years in Supply chain or Manufacturing.
- Strong functional knowledge in Supply chain and Manufacturing Systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, LIMS)
- Strong Data Modeling skills (ER modeling, Dimensional data modeling -star and snowflake schemas, Data Vault etc.) and ETL/ELT skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and Data Visualization such as Power Bi, Tableau etc.
- 3+ years' experience with Cloud Data Platforms/Cloud Computing (Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
- 3+ years' experience in Data Visualization tools such as Power Bi, Tableau etc.
- Experience in Data Governance tools (Informatica, Collibra, Alation etc.)
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
- Experience in Lifesciences, Healthcare is a plus.
- Experience working in SAFe Agile/SCRUM project methodologies.
- Experience with CICD practices, Devops and Automation is a plus.
- Experience with Cloud data services, particularly AWS S3, DMS, Glue, Lambda, Athena.
- Experience with Realtime and Streaming data integration capabilities (Kafka, Kinesis)
- Experience with ML and AI.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $137,000.00-$184,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
