About This Role:

As a Key Account Manager in Neurology for the Poznań/Szczecin region, you will play a vital role in Biogen's mission by maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including medical experts at the KOLs level, HCP practitioners, pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and medical institutions. Your primary focus will be to ensure that clients utilize Biogen's products and services effectively and efficiently, aligning with their unique needs. By collaborating closely with customers, you will understand their expectations and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their experiences. This position involves implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve company goals, while also monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing significantly to Biogen's success in the neurology field.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including medical experts and healthcare practitioners.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the availability of Biogen products to meet customer needs and company objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on product use and benefits.
  • Prepare regular reports for management detailing sales results and client relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate proactively with partners in the assigned territory.
  • Address challenges related to patient identification, treatment access, and reimbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal safety, quality, and ethical standards.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland, as well as native-level proficiency in Polish.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, preferably in the sciences.
  • Local territory language knowledge is a must; proficiency in English is desirable.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience, preferably in specialty sales.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading cross-functional partners in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with colleagues.
