About This Role:
As the Lead People Services Coordinator, you will be a pivotal member of the People Services Operations team, providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current, and former employees in your designated region. The preferred candidate will have solid knowledge of the GCC region and strong system skills, specifically with Workday (WD) and ServiceNow. Additionally, proficiency in Arabic and/or Turkish languages is highly desirable to effectively support regional needs.
Your role requires managing complex problem resolution and case management, while adhering to country-specific labor regulations. You will be responsible for delivering HR processes and, depending on the region, managing benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities. By liaising with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), you will ensure timely, quality service that meets set KPIs. Additionally, your innovative approach to process enhancements will focus on customer satisfaction and cost and time efficiency, contributing significant value to the overall business.

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive HR operational support to new hires, current, and former employees in the GCC region and beyond.
- Manage complex problem resolution and case management for your designated region using Workday and ServiceNow systems.
- Apply country-specific labor regulations when delivering services.
- Deliver HR processes and manage benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with HR Partners and CoEs to ensure timely and quality service.
- Develop and implement process enhancements focusing on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Achieve set KPIs and adhere to established customer service standards.
- Manage regional program services including onboarding, offboarding, and workforce management.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training of other team members.
- Perform special projects as assigned by management.
Who You Are:
You have a service-oriented attitude with patience and cultural awareness to work with a diverse workforce across the GCC region. Your ability to communicate in Arabic and/or Turkish is a strong asset. You are energetic, organized, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively. You have excellent critical thinking and judgement skills, enabling you to understand, interpret, and communicate HR policies clearly. Strong system knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is essential.
Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general HR, benefits, or payroll functions.
- Solid understanding of HR policies and ability to interpret and communicate them.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support and train team members.
- Fluency in business English.
- High energy, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Workday (WD) and ServiceNow systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with the GCC region.
- Language skills: Arabic and/or Turkish highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex cases.
