Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all operational, tactical, and strategic activities related to the access and commercialization of Biogen's product portfolio within the private sector.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor the purchase, inventory, and movement of our product portfolio and main competitors with each authorized wholesaler.
- Track acquisitions by various private sector payers.
- Provide business units with performance data on our portfolio and competitors to aid in designing and executing tactical plans that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to design and implement commercial and access strategies to foster product growth.

- University degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in the private market.
- Understanding of commercialization processes involving wholesalers, payers, pharmacy chains, hospitals, infusion centers, etc.
- Familiarity with key personnel overseeing commercialization processes for wholesalers and payers.
- Proficient in tools and applications for obtaining and analyzing sales data and private market performance.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in complex commercial negotiations involving pharmaceutical product portfolios.
- Proven track record in designing and executing access and marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products in the private market.
