Key account Manager

Job Summary:

Neurology Account Executive (NAE) は、Neurology BUのリージョンに所属し、担当テリトリーにおける、MS/SMA/ALS製 品の販売⽬標を達成することに責任を持つ。会社の⽅針に従い、BU販売⽬標およびマーケティング戦略の実⾏を役割とする。

Neurology Regional Head (NRH)の指⽰のもと、リージョンメンバーと協⼒してリージョンの治療の最適化、ビジネスの最⼤化を⽬指 す。また、リージョン内のみならず、他リージョン・他部⾨とのコラボレーションを推進する。

Principle Accountabilities:

1） 担当テリトリーのTMP (Territory Management Plan) を策定し、MS/SMA/ ALS領域の戦略に基づいたアクションを実⾏し、販売⽬標を達成する。Detailing、説明 会、P2Pプログラムなどの営業活動を集中的に実⾏し、ターゲット施設におけるバイオジェン 製品の価値を最⼤化する。

2）NRH、NAEと協⼒して、リージョンのプラン実⾏に積極的に貢献する。ターゲット施設 に対してはMSLと連携して、バイオジェン製品を⽤いた最適な治療を提案する。担当リー ジョンのKME、スピーカー育成をメディカル、マーケティングと連携しながらリードする。

3 ）MR業務の推進・実⾏︓i) EPPV活動の管理、ii) PMS活動、iii) 副作⽤情報を 収集し、これに関する関連部⾨へのフィードバック

１) 5年以上の医薬品業界での営業経験（⼤学あるいは基幹病院）

２) Specialty productの営業経験

３) 神経内科領域での経験を有する（望ましい）
