Investigations and Performance Team Lead
About This Role:
As the Investigations and Performance Team Lead, you will spearhead our global investigations and performance management processes, playing a pivotal role on the People Relations (PR) Team. This position is integral to ensuring the consistency and integrity of case handling, as well as designing system interventions that enhance our organizational operations. You will collaborate closely with legal advisors and senior stakeholders, driving enterprise-wide solutions that uphold our company's standards and values. In this leadership role, you will mentor PR Partners, providing them with strategic guidance and support to maintain high-performance standards. You will also utilize case data to report out on trends and proactive risk mitigation opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in in ensuring efficient team operations and PR partnership with stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, best practices, leaves, disabilities, and performance management.
- Investigate and resolve allegations of harassment, misconduct, performance management, and policy violations in line with company protocols.
- Oversee and own global investigations and performance case management processes and systems.
- Review investigation plans and case reports, offering mentorship and ensuring consistency in handling similar cases.
- Act as a liaison between Legal and corporate partners to support the defense of employment-related administrative charges and lawsuits.
- Partner with HR and managers on performance management and PR issues, recommending risk mitigation initiatives and training.
- Design and deploy systemic PR interventions and process improvements proactively.
- Ensure consistent documentation and data management.
- Utilize data for insights, trend analysis, and issue spotting, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead quarterly case reviews and trend analysis.
- Act as a strategic liaison with Legal and senior leadership on global or high-impact PR projects.

Required Skills:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in an Employee Relations (ER) or HR leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and global investigations.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to deescalate issues and influence at executive levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading global or high-impact PR projects.
- Expertise in systemic PR interventions and process improvements.
- Proficient in data analysis and trend spotting.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $145,000.00-$200,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
