Internship - Contract & Data Validation and Cleanup
About This Role:
In this internship position, you will be joining our dynamic contract management team to support a crucial project centered around contract review and data integrity. As an intern, you'll dive into the intricacies of contract data, ensuring precision and reliability across our systems. Your work will facilitate key business functions, providing clarity and accuracy in the way we manage our contractual obligations. This role is essential in maintaining the backbone of our procurement operations, offering valuable insights into the Source to Pay (S2P) process. You will play a vital role in enhancing organizational efficiency and shaping the future of how we manage data, fitting seamlessly into our overarching business structure.
What You'll Do:
- Review legal contracts to extract and confirm relevant data points.
- Accurately enter and update contract data into internal systems.
- Flag inconsistencies or missing information for follow-up.
- Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all entries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on contract data accuracy.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of data governance strategies.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Contribute ideas for improving contract management processes.
- Learn about the procurement operations and the Source to Pay (S2P) process.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive contract information.
Who You Are:
You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for spotting discrepancies and a methodical approach to your work. You possess an appreciation for clean data and understand its importance in driving business decisions. Comfortable with reading and interpreting legal language, you are unfazed by complex contracts and eager to learn more about how they function. Your curiosity drives you to explore supplier contracts and seek deeper understanding of procurement operations. You aim to build foundational knowledge in contract management and data governance, and you are excited to be part of a significant company-wide initiative.
This is a paid 12-month internship starting in October/November, of maximum 32 hours per week.
Candidates must be current students or recent graduates and eligible to work in Poland.
