Health Economics & Market Access Lead

As Health Economics & Market Access Lead, you wil develop integrated access strategies and lead tactical plans; You also will cooperate with national and regional market access team to secure the public funding or commercial insurance to maximize patient access to Biogen products.

  • Lead the pricing & market access strategy & tactics for Biogen products and achieve alignment on the strategy & tactics across China cross-functions, regional and global team to maximize patient access
  • Cooperate with global Value & Access team, external vendors and HE experts to design and implement Health Economics project and generate China local economic evidence
  • Work with internal functions to develop stakeholder mapping and customer engagement strategy and plan to address unmet needs and deliver value
  • Develop value dossier/key message/communication materials and align with cross-functions to deliver value to payers/other stakeholders and support national/regional access initiative
  • Provide policy/market access landscape analysis to support business decisions effectively and work closely with other functions to deliver good business result and patient benefit
  • Explore innovative access model and contracting to improve patient access in dynamic market access environment
  • Build up the relationship with policy makers/payers/payer advisors at national level and develop strategic engagement program with the national and local authorities to achieve favorable policy environment for Biogen products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • A minimum of five (5) years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience in market access strategy/HEOR role (rare disease and specialty care product experience is preferred); NRDL project management and consulting job experience is referred.
  • Highly compliance sensibility
  • Strong Learning agility, strategic thinking mind-set and self-motivated and be willing to work under high pressure
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
