Collaborating closely with franchise leadership, and executive stakeholders, you will help set the stage for organizational readiness, create change frameworks, and oversee launch excellence milestones. What You'll Do

  • Support the Franchise Head in building and readying the organization to launch new products by building an effective launch excellence milestone plan for all assets in the AD Franchise Portfolio, identifying and building a plan to address Alzheimer's and Dementia organizational launch excellence capabilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Alzheimer's and Dementia Franchise, including tracking annual performance and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Own and maintain RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs for the Franchise, escalating key items as appropriate.
  • Lead governance preparation by managing key meetings, ensuring clear DACI (Decision, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) frameworks, and supporting the Franchise Head in operational excellence.
  • Build and implement robust launch excellence milestone plans for all franchise assets, addressing organizational readiness across global markets.
  • Develop and execute the Franchise Annual Engagement Plan to foster strong communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and meetings, such as annual franchise planning, strategic topic discussions, and launch planning initiatives.
  • Partner with finance teams to oversee portfolio-level budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Support team-building efforts by conducting an annual Health Check, building and executing a Capability Building Plan, and organizing recognition activities to maintain a high-performing team culture.
  • Monitor and implement change management frameworks to guide the organization through its launch journey.
  • Ensure governance readiness by achieving key milestones, particularly for pre-launch activities in the fourth quarter.
  • Collaborate with franchise leadership to onboard new team members and align the organization with franchise goals.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of overall experience in project or portfolio management within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or a highly regulated industry.
  • 7+ years of experience in Launch Excellence, including pre-, peri-, and post-launch activities in global markets, with at least 3 years of managing Global Franchise Operations and/or R&D Portfolios.
  • Proven track record of success in Portfolio and Project Management, including R&D and global launch experiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and business acumen with demonstrated success in preparing governance cases at executive levels.
  • Certification in Project and/or Program Management, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Business Improvement.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA degree preferred.
  • Strong change management expertise with a history of guiding organizations through significant transitions.

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $196,000.00-$270,000.00

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
